What to do next

1. Complete the Authorisation Form and post it with the fee applicable (or you can pay using a credit/debit card below).

2. Once the Authorisation Form and Payment has been received we will then arrange for the transportation of your loved one's ashes.

3. On completion of our service we will send confirmation that all your wishes were carried out.

How to Pay

Within the U.K. payment can be by cheque, money order or credit card. Credit cards are preferable for the security of both parties.

For overseas clients payment is only by credit card.
